1. Scope of this notice
This Privacy Policy applies to the MedTech Cleaners website and information submitted through its contact features. It does not describe the separate records that may be created after a customer enters into a written service agreement. Those records may be governed by additional notices, authorizations, or contractual terms.
The public website does not currently accept online service requests. Visitors should call MedTech Cleaners directly and share only the information reasonably necessary for the initial conversation.
2. Information we may receive
When a production contact form is enabled, information entered voluntarily may include a name, telephone number, email address, city, property type, urgency, preferred contact method, a description of the situation, and confirmation that the person agrees to be contacted. A hidden anti-spam field may also be used to identify automated submissions.
We may also receive limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website. This may include an Internet Protocol address, request-origin information, a one-way value derived from an IP address for rate limiting, and a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token.
If a person contacts us by telephone or another approved communication method, we receive whatever contact and situation information that person chooses to provide.
3. Consumer health data
A cleanup inquiry may reveal information that could be associated with a person’s physical or mental health, exposure to infectious material, a death, a suicide, an injury, substance use, or another sensitive event. MedTech Cleaners treats that information as sensitive and limits collection to information reasonably necessary to understand and respond to a requested service.
The source of this information is normally the person requesting assistance, an authorized representative, a property owner or manager, or another person involved in arranging the requested service. We use it to understand the situation, determine current availability, communicate requested next steps, evaluate safety considerations, prepare or perform requested services, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
MedTech Cleaners does not sell consumer health data. We do not use it for targeted advertising. We do not collect additional categories or use sensitive information for unrelated purposes without providing any notice or consent required by applicable law.
4. How information is used
- Respond to a telephone call or service inquiry.
- Determine whether requested work is within our current service area and capabilities.
- Communicate scheduling, access, safety, and documentation requirements.
- Protect the website and contact process from spam, fraud, automated abuse, or excessive requests.
- Maintain records required for an authorized service, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security.
5. Sharing and service providers
We may provide information to vendors or contractors only when reasonably necessary to operate the website, protect a contact process, respond to a requested service, or comply with law. If an online request form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to help distinguish legitimate contact attempts from automated abuse. Verification information would be sent to Cloudflare for validation.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; when reasonably necessary to protect a person from serious harm; or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations. MedTech Cleaners does not disclose sensitive inquiry information merely for another company’s independent marketing purposes.
6. Retention and security records
Because the public website does not currently accept online service requests, service inquiry information is not collected through a public web form. Routine website operation may create limited technical or security records used for abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and protection of the service.
Information provided by telephone or created through an authorized service relationship may be retained only as reasonably necessary for the requested service, accounting, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, and legitimate operational needs. This policy will be updated before any production online request form is activated.
7. Privacy choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, a person may request confirmation of whether MedTech Cleaners holds consumer health information concerning that person, request access or deletion, withdraw consent from future collection or sharing, or request a list of parties with whom such information was shared.
Submit a request by calling 509-939-5831. State that the call concerns a privacy request. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority before acting. If a request is denied, the person may call the same number and state that the request is an appeal. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
A Washington resident may also contact the Washington State Attorney General.
8. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse. No website, network, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not use the website to report an emergency.
9. Children
This website is intended for adults arranging cleanup services. It is not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the website.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when website functions, service providers, legal requirements, or information practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current posted version.
