1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms apply only to the website and do not replace a written estimate, work authorization, service agreement, payment term, or other document governing cleanup services.
2. Informational purpose
Website content provides general information about MedTech Cleaners and the types of situations for which professional cleanup assistance may be available. Content is not medical, legal, insurance, engineering, environmental, or emergency-response advice. It is not a substitute for instructions from emergency personnel, law enforcement, public-health officials, a physician, an attorney, or another qualified professional.
Call 911 or the appropriate public authority when there is an immediate threat to life, safety, or property. Do not enter or disturb an area that may contain biological hazards, chemicals, structural hazards, weapons, fire, active criminal activity, or other unsafe conditions.
3. Service inquiries
A telephone call, website visit, or contact request does not create a service contract, professional relationship, guarantee of availability, or promise that MedTech Cleaners will accept a project. Service availability depends on location, access, scope, safety, staffing, legal authority, required documentation, and other circumstances.
Any accepted project may require a separate written estimate, authorization, scope of work, pricing terms, access permission, and payment arrangement. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the project-specific documents control for that service.
4. Estimates and website statements
General statements on the website are not fixed bids. Cleanup needs can change after inspection or as concealed conditions become known. No statement about timing, methods, availability, restoration, odor treatment, contamination, or outcome is a guarantee unless expressly included in a signed written agreement.
5. Online service requests
The public website does not currently accept online service requests. Call MedTech Cleaners directly and do not attempt to submit personal, confidential, medical, financial, or situation-specific information through an inactive or unintended website channel.
If a production form is enabled in the future, users must provide accurate information, have authority to submit it, and limit descriptions to information reasonably necessary for the requested response. A submission must not contain unlawful material, malicious code, threats, impersonation, or information the submitter has no right to disclose.
6. Permitted website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about or requesting MedTech Cleaners services. You may not interfere with operation or security, probe or bypass access controls, send automated or excessive requests, scrape content for unauthorized commercial use, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate another person’s rights.
7. Intellectual property
Website text, branding, logos, graphics, layouts, source materials, and other original content are owned by MedTech Cleaners or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. This disclaimer does not eliminate any right or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
